Joe O has served as O Media Outdoors’ Chief Executive Officer since 2008 and directs all aspects of the business. Joe began his billboard career 2003 where he served as Regional Manager of Quorum Media Group. During his tenure with Quorum Joe helped build an extensive portfolio of billboards in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas.
 

With his long and successful career in the out-of-home (OOH) industry, along with his management experience, Joe brings to us an unparalleled expertise to the field and is well positioned to lead the company.

Armon Golliday serves as Marketing Director for O Media Outdoor, and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the fields of print and digital marketing, graphic design, corporate branding, and outdoor advertising.  Armon has worked in Commercial Real Estate as a Senior Marketing Manager for nearly two decades, and has served in various capacities in the outdoor advertising (OOH) industry.

Josh Tompkins joined O Media Outdoor in 2020 and currently serves as President of Business Development. Josh previously enjoyed a lengthy career in Real Estate Development and brings both a knowledge, and expertise, that is well suited to grow the critical mass of the Company.
